Contact
Questions, problems and suggestions about the PDF to image converter are all welcome.
Please write in English or Japanese. Replies are usually sent within a few business days, though this is a small independently run site, so occasional delays happen.
What to write about
- A PDF that fails to load, renders incorrectly, or produces a broken ZIP. Telling us which browser and operating system you used makes this much easier to investigate.
- Feature requests, such as additional output formats or page range selection.
- Corrections to anything written on this site, including these guides and the FAQ.
- Advertising, privacy and other administrative enquiries.
Please do not send files
Do not attach the PDF you are having trouble with. This site is built so that your documents stay on your own device, and emailing one to us would defeat that. A description of the problem and, if possible, the page count and rough file size is enough.
